Applications Specialists
The Applications Specialist studies the products assigned to him/her in order to perform product demonstrations of the same to potential clients. He/She also assists the engineers in performing product evaluations and installations; provide end-user training on assigned products; and support the company's sales activities.
The candidates must:
- Be a graduate of any medical, course, preferably Medicine, Medical Technology or Nursing, and must have passed the board examinations
- Have professional and believable bearing/stance
- Have advanced knowledge in the use of computers and computer applications
- Be able to communicate well, and has perfect command of the English Language
- Be highly technical, can easily grasp both clinical and technical knowledge
- Has proven high integrity and be willing to do field work
Experienced professionals and fresh graduates (for Jr. Applications

Service Engineers
The Service Engineer is in charge of providing technical support for all or specific products to be assigned to him/her. He/She is tasked to perform product technical evaluations, equipment installations, preventive/corrective maintenance procedures, product demonstrations, end-users/customer training, and support the company’s sales activities.
The candidates must:
- Be a graduate of Electronics Engineering and must have passed the board examinations.
- Have a professional and believable bearing/stance
- Have advanced knowledge in the use of computers and computer applications
- Be able to communicate well, and has perfect command of the English Language
- Be highly technical, can easily grasp both clinical and technical knowledge
- Has proven high integrity and be willing to do field work
Experienced engineers and fresh graduates (for Junior Service Engineer)

Service Managers
The Service Manager is a business unit manager in charge of providing technical support for all products in the specific areas assigned to him/her. He/She is tasked to provide preliminary support up to supervision of a team of engineers and specialists who will perform product evaluations, installation, end-user trainings, product demonstrations, preventive and corrective maintenance service as other sales support functions.
The candidates must:
- Be a graduate of Electronics and Communications Engineering and must have passed the board examinations
- Has experience in all aspects of managing a service department, including building the team, hiring, training, coaching and supervising a group of highly professional service engineers and applications specialists
- Have advanced knowledge in the use of computers and computer applications
- Be able to communicate well, and has perfect command of the English Language
- Be highly technical, can easily grasp both clinical and technical knowledge
- Has proven high integrity and be willing to do field work
