We are MEDEV Medical Devices Corporation, a company engaged in the
sales and service of medical equipment and supplies. Our company was
incorporated in May 1999, and we are now on our 10th year of operation.
Our first supplier was Nicolet Vascular, Inc., a manufacturer of fetal and
vascular dopplers and who is now a subsidiary of Cardinal Health. The very
first product we sold was, in September 1999, an Elite 100 Doppler from
Nicolet. Nicolet is also the manufacturer of the Vasoguard and the Vasoguard
Microlite Peripheral Vascular Testing Systems, now the only system of its kind
accepted by peripheral vascular specialists in the country.
In 2000, we acquired the distributorship of Ultrasound products from Esaote,
SpA, of Italy. This was just after Siemens and Esaote concluded their OEM
cooperation, wherein Esaote manufacture Siemens branded ultrasound for
sale in the Far East. In 2001, we received an award from ESAOTE, as Best in
Business Development in the Far East region. Today, Esaote is one of the
leading brands in the country for Ultrasound systems.

products, including Resting, Holter and Stress ECG. Featuring the best ECG
acquisition algorithms and premium wireless ECG telemetry technology,
Mortara is now recognized as the leading premium ECG brand in the country.
